Getting into the Summer mode and in shape

this week, we ran, we played tennis and last night we played frisbee. We had a week of doing something active every single day. Sleepy loved playing the frisbee and will not stop chasing after it, even though he was beyond exhausted. He would lay down and rest for a few minutes to refuel his energy and he will be back on the grass chasing back and forth, forth and back. Watching him makes me feel tired..for him.
